In general cats can eat most sorts of foods as treats, but you want to limit them to small amounts so that they get all the balanced nutrition they need from their regular food.

Soybean-based foods are not a problem, if the cat can digest them, but one thing I'd check with Soy Milk is whether it has large doses of added vitamins.

My cat loves tofu, especially with garlic!
