Oski has unpleasent smells coming form both ends. I guess the kitten farts will go away with his diaherea, but any suggestions for improving his breath?
thanks, y'all!

My first thought is that it's food related. What are you feeding him? We noticed that some foods 'process' better than others. If he has diarrea, though, you may want to take him to the vet to rule out illness or infection. Good luck, and let us know how he does!

Try putting a little psyllium in his wet food (if you feed him canned food, that is). You can use unflavored Metamucil, but it's cheaper to buy plain psyllium from a health food store. One of my cats had continual diaherrea and gas problems for months and months until I tried this. The psyllium provides necessary bulk to end the loose stools, and helps cats digest their food more completely; it also scrubs the intestines so that hair balls are no longer a problem. Good luck!
